Microsoft technology company revealed that it will close all of Microsoft’s Microsoft physical stores shops and concentrate on new goods digitally.
In the article of LinkedIn, the organization claimed that it is “making a structural shift in our retail activities, including the closing of physical stores in Microsoft Store.” The business also points out that it is continuing the pandemic worldwide and its “hardware and apps” revenues continued to improve, “especially in digital goods such as Microsoft 365 and Xbox Games.
The company’s statement says, “Our retail team members will continue to serve customers working from Microsoft corporate facilities or remotely and we will continue to develop our diverse team in support of the overall company mission and objectives.”
