Cisco’s Webex has provided digital history for its video conferences in an attempt to compete with the common functionality offered by many of its younger rivals. Users may either cover their history with the bubbling impact or substitute for a preset background picture of Webex.
Zoom, the most common currently accessible video conference software, and Google Meet and Microsoft’s competitors are both able to upload custom photos for context displays.
Within a multimedia meeting room, Webex is one of the oldest participants. Established in 1995, Cisco gained $3.2 billion in 2007. This is viewed mainly as a commercial product that works on businesses rather than specific users. However with the increasing need for online meetings, it has expanded the functionality included in the freemium edition.
RISING STAR :
Google and Microsoft have been capturing Zoom in recent weeks, with Microsoft’s collaboration software growing to 75 million active users a day, said the firm in April. And Google recently claimed the Meeting reached 100 million attendees a day.
Like its predecessors, Webex witnessed a sharp rise in the use of more people employed and studying in the home after the coronavirus pandemic. In April, the organization announced that its daily minutes had tripled to 25 billion.
