Amazon India will generate 50,000 Seasonal Jobs
Demand rises in this COVID-19 Lockout
Last week, the Indian Government released new guidelines to supply non critical products such as cell phones and laptops through e-commerce firms. The goal of the change was to support coronavirus lockout companies restore operations. Amazon has already started delivering non-essential products such as phones and other electronics.
Amazon claims it must guarantee that its suppliers, staff and customers’ health and welfare are not compromised and has introduced a range of protective initiatives. Those provide compulsory face-to – face inspection of all workers, a routine temperature test, washing in all places, frequent grooming in areas which have been frequently compromised and sensitization of workers to cleanliness and hygiene.
